Niagara County Clerk Joseph Jastrzemski is warning residents of traffic summons scams as similar cases have been reported across the state.According to Jastrzemski, drivers are being sent fake toll violation summons and a QR code to send a payment. The summons looks like it came from New York State Supreme Court and gives the victim a choice between paying a fine or appear in court for a hearing.
