A jury has found a Buffalo man guilty of felony assault charges after prosecutors say he stabbed an Amherst Police officer, who then shot the man in response. Body camera video from that incident last July shows 27-year-old Rayquell Grant charging at two officers while holding two knives in his hand. Grant stabbed one of the officers twice in the arm. The officers then shot Grant in the chest and arm.
