A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Wednesday after he shot and killed a man near Elmwood Village in October 2024, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Denzel Maye, 29, shot 52-year-old Howard Shelton on Potomac Avenue with an illegal gun.
