The Lockport owner of WNY Backyard Enclosures was sentenced to two years in prison for scamming several Erie County residents out of thousands of dollars. Wayne A. Michalak, 53, of Lockport, was sentenced Tuesday before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan and received a determinate sentence of two years in prison.
