Singer Barry Manilow postponed his first batch of arena concerts Friday, saying his body is not ready for the physical strain of a 90-minute show so soon after his cancer surgery.The legendary musician revealed in December he had a cancerous spot on his left lung. He said after recovering from several weeks of bronchitis, the doctor ordered removal of a spot on his lung.
