Concerns that parks in Lockport have been closed without proper process emerged Wednesday at the Common Council’s work session as 1st Ward Alderman John Craig discussed research into the potential reduction of parks. A public forum on park closures has been rescheduled for 5 p.m. Feb. 26 at city hall chambers, reports the Lockport Journal.
