A Buffalo man is facing charges after his dogs allegedly attacked a woman outside of North Tonawanda City Hall. According to North Tonawanda Police, on November 18 officers responded to reports that a woman had been attacked by two dogs outside of North Tonawanda City Hall. The woman suffered severe lacerations as a result of the attack and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
