It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Buffalo, where the city held its annual tree lighting ceremony Saturday at Fountain Plaza. The celebration began at 5 p.m. with free ice skating in Rotary Rink. People could bring their own skates or rent them on-site; it costs $2 for children and $3 for adults.
