A Buffalo man has been extradited from Alabama and arraigned after being accused of killing his step-daughter .According to Erie County District Attorney’s Office, Peter D. Brown, 38, has been charged with one count of murder in the second degree. District Attorney Michael Keane says on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024, Police found Kayshawna M.
