The property owner of the Walden Galleria has reached a new financing agreement for the property, Pyramid Management Group announced Thursday. The Syracuse-based group previously defaulted on a multi-million dollar loan related to the Galleria in May.

Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. – headed by president and CEO Byron Brown – has hired the brother-in-law of the former mayor as a sergeant supervising security guards.

Republican state assembly members are raising concerns about New York’s upcoming “all-electric” mandates for vehicles and newly built homes, warning the policies could increase electric rates, raise housing costs, and threaten energy reliability.
