A Niagara Falls hotel has hit the market, with a price tag of $21.5 million. The Quality Inn & Suites at 240 1st St. is across the street from Niagara Falls State Park. The 210-room hotel is owned by Tuscarora Nation businessman Joseph “Smokin’ Joe” Anderson.

This fall semester at Niagara University has 465 students enrolled from countries outside of the United States and Canada, a 45% drop from last year. Those students make up 12% of the overall student body .

A nursing program at SUNY Niagara was cancelled just days before the semester began, leaving some students with more questions than answers.

A Buffalo man, 31 year old Julian Taylor, was indicted on multiple charges Tuesday morning after he allegedly tried to kill his girlfriend in an attack with a shovel in July, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced.

Wegmans and the Buffalo Bills are teaming up to support a local hospital as Wegmans is launching its Josh Allen MVP Puffs cereal for a limited time. One dollar from every box sold will benefit Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo.
