Sean Ryan looks to have taken a major step in his quest to unseat Buffalo’s sitting mayor. Ryan, a State Senator, won 46.4% of the total vote in Buffalo Democratic mayoral primary on Tuesday night. Acting Mayor Chris Scanlon conceded around 10:45 p.m. He got 35.2% of the vote.
