A Niagara Falls resident, 39 year old Antoine Bones, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle incident without reporting.

Orchard Park Police say Sensational Fun has launched an internal investigation after a child escaped on Wednesday morning and was found wandering along Southwestern Boulevard.

Town leaders, developers and residents gathered Thursday afternoon, to discuss the future of the area surrounding the new Bills stadium. This investment is touted as one of the largest in Western New York’s history.

Wheatfield town officials this week gave their support to federal legislation that would create a new zip code for the town. It is working with Congressman Tim Kennedy’s office on the effort, as only Congress can grant the request.

The Buffalo Irish Festival is once again bringing the luck of the Irish to the Queen City, this time in August, kicking off with a parade at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2 near Fr. Conway Park in the Old First Ward.
