A federal judge rejected a motion to dismiss the government’s notice of intent to seek the death penalty in the Buffalo mass shooting case, according to a district court filing Tuesday.
One person was injured after a shooting that occurred early Monday evening in Buffalo’s Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood. Police responded to a report of a male shot at 6:47 p.m. in the area of Broadway and Memorial Drive.
