Woman attacked by dogs in front of N. Tonawanda City Hall

A Buffalo man is facing charges after his dogs allegedly attacked a woman outside of North Tonawanda City Hall. According to North Tonawanda Police, on November 18 officers responded to reports that a woman had been attacked by two dogs outside of North Tonawanda City Hall. The woman suffered severe lacerations as a result of the attack and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Rochester airport seized multiple shipments of counterfeit designer merchandise, including watches, shoes, handbags and jewelry. CBP officers inspected several shipments and conducted a detailed examination of the items. Officials determined the goods were inauthentic and seized them for bearing counterfeit trademarks.

Southbound I-190 set to re-open this morning after repairs

One lane of the southbound I-190 bridge over Niagara Falls Boulevard is expected to reopen this morning, as the New York State Department of Transportation completes initial emergency repairs following a truck strike last month. The bridge was damaged when it was struck by a commercial truck carrying a shipping container last month, prompting a full closure of the southbound span.
