Town of Tonawanda Police are looking for a missing man. Brian Serafin has been missing since Aug. 10, police said. He is 45 years old, six feet tall, and 180 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes, as well as a beard.

Niagara Falls firefighters responded to a third house fire in the 500 block of 19th Street in three days. Around 4:05 a.m. Tuesday morning, firefighters, along with Niagara Falls Police and AMR, were dispatched to the 500 block of 19th where they found heavy fire inside a vacant structure at 521 19th St.

Two juveniles, a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old, were charged with robbery and a slew of other charges after they allegedly used weapons to rob a victim in Medina.

A structure fire engulfed the Golf Carts Unlimited facility in Lake View Tuesday evening. Clouds of smoke filled the air as crews fought the flames.
The fire broke out around 7 p.m. at the facility on the intersection of South Western Boulevard and Lakeview Road.

A Buffalo man, 56 year old Michael Harris, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death last year at her home in Lackawanna.

The National Transportation Safety Board was back on scene Sunday in Pembroke to continue its investigation into the tour bus rollover on the New York State Thruway that killed five and injured dozens on Friday.

Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced that a Buffalo man, 37 year old Daniel Negron, has been arraigned on a murder charge in connection with the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend inside a motel room in Amherst.

The five people who were killed in a tour bus crash in Pembroke on Friday have been identified by New York State Police. None was local.

Two Buffalo Police officers and a civilian were rushed to a hospital following a two-car collision on Saturday night. A D District police cruiser and another vehicle collided around 9:45 p.m. Saturday at 1543 Niagara St. None of the injuries were considered to be life-threatening, according to a City of Buffalo spokesperson. The incident is under investigation.

Jamestown Police officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Winsor Street Saturday. Investigators determined that the driver, 23-year-old Jorge L. Rivera deliberately hit the victim’s vehicle attempting to stop them The victim’s vehicle contained three juveniles, in addition to the victim. No injuries were reported. Rivera has been arrested and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief.
