An Olean man has been arrested after allegedly shooting a house that had children inside. According to New York State Police, Robert J. Deahn, has been charged with one count of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, three counts of Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
