Two Buffalo police officers and one civilian were injured after a crash occurred Saturday night on Niagara Street. At 9:44 p.m., a police vehicle was involved in the crash at 1543 Niagara St.

The five people who were killed in a tour bus crash in Pembroke on Friday have been identified by New York State Police. None was local.

Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced that a Buffalo man, 37 year old Daniel Negron, has been arraigned on a murder charge in connection with the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend inside a motel room in Amherst.

Graduation for the 84th Basic Class of the Niagara County Law Enforcement Academy. The ceremony marking the end of six months of training for the 19 recruits in the class.

The Buffalo Bills could be close to signing a familiar face around Western New York. Veteran defensive tackle Jordan Phillips visited the Bills on Sunday and is expected to sign later this week.
