A Niagara Falls man, convicted of distributing methamphetamine in the city, is on his way to federal prison. United States District Court Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo handed down a sentence of seven years behind bars to Asaad Rivers, 38, of the Falls, for his conviction on a single count of distribution of methamphetamine.
