The Lewiston Police Department released dramatic body camera footage of a barn fire where officers rescued cows. The video came from a fire that happened Tuesday on Saunders Settlement Road. Two Lewiston Police officers and one from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation responded to the scene and were told that cows were trapped in the barn. The three officers worked together under tough conditions to free the cows and get them out of the barn safely before the fire spread
More than 200,000 Ozark Trail Tabletop camping stoves were recalled after 26 reports of them exploding and injuring 16 people. The stoves, called “Ozark Trail Tabletop 1-Burner Butane Camping Stoves,” have model number BG2247A1, according to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.The recall was issued Nov. 26, 2025. Nearly 201,000 stoves were sold at Walmart in-store and online between March 2023 and October 2025. They ranged in price between $8 to $45.
