A Niagara Falls man, 32 year old Dante Richardson, was shot by another driver while driving on I-190 near Riverview between Kenmore and Tonawanda. Police said Richardson was driving northbound between exit 14 and 15 when a dark colored vehicle pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle and fired rounds that then struck the victim
