The sister-in-law of an Erie County Sheriff’s Chief of Narcotics D.J. Granville will not face any charges in connection with an incident in which Granville admitted to driving recklessly and causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage. Neither will the four other Buffalo police officers who responded to the scene that night and who later refused to cooperate with Seaman’s probe.

Kenmore now has a new splash of color thanks to a new public art project. Artist Molly Reagan painted a mural at the town’s library. State Assemblyman Bill Conrad said the artwork was finished in part from state-funded grant. This is the third grant-funded public art project, following two murals that were done at the Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center.
