An apartment fire on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo that sent four people to the hospital last month has been ruled accidental, according to a city spokesperson.
Buffalo Police are investigating a shooting that took place on East Amherst Street early Saturday morning, officials announced. Officials said a 20-year-old male Buffalo State University student was shot in the arm and taken by ambulance to the Erie County Medical Center.
