A state supreme court case filed by longtime King Center Charter School (KCCS) Principal Antoinette Radford against the school to get her job back was dismissed Wednesday.

The Diocese of Buffalo has filed a Chapter 11 reorganization plan after it agreed to pay $150 million to settle a lawsuit alleging over 800 claims of sexual assault.

The City of Buffalo has filed documents in the wrongful death lawsuit of Firefighter Jason Arno, asking for the case to be dismissed ahead of a court date next week. Arno died responding to a fire on Main Street in Buffalo in March of 2023.

A body was pulled from the water Wednesday in the City of Buffalo. Buffalo emergency crews were notified shortly before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday that a male of an unknown age had entered the water near Mile Marker 8.2 at the Foot of Ferry.

The Hyde Park Ice Pavilion has officially switched to a new operator as of Wednesday. According to Robert Restaino, the mayor of Niagara Falls, the new interim operator is Jerry Puleo. Puleo currently owns a youth baseball league called 16 Athletics.
