New York Attorney General Letitia James announced a $515,000 settlement with a Buffalo landlord accused of failing to address lead-based paint hazards in dozens of rental properties. The agreement resolves a lawsuit filed in March 2023 against landlord Farhad Raiszadeh and his associated companies, known as the Raiszadeh Group for neglecting unsafe conditions at properties across Buffalo
Kids 12 and under get in free at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical during September. As part of the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens and M&T Bank’s “Growing Back to School” event, kids and their families will be able to enjoy access to all 12 greenhouses, outdoor gardens, and special kid-friendly features.

Cornerback Tre’Davious White is listed as doubtful with a groin injury after not participating in practice all week.
