Two development projects in the Town of Lockport are scheduled for public hearings, with a mixed-use project at 1010 Davison Road set to go before the planning board Tuesday. If approved, that project and another on Rapids Road will go to public hearings before the town board on Aug. 13.

Buffalo Police are investigating an overnight shooting in North Buffalo Tuesday. Officers were called to 11 Stratford Road just after midnight for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they found a male victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
