Two men in their 50s were arrested and charged after they allegedly caused a car crash during a police chase on Thursday while fleeing from the Walden Galleria following a shoplifting incident.

The City of Buffalo has condemned an apartment building in Allentown due to unsafe living conditions. Tenants there at 197 North St. have been forced to relocate.

A Batavia man was arrested after a fire on Vine Street took the life of a young child and left two others in critical condition in February at 3 Vine Street.
