Amherst police Tuesday investigated a report of shots fired near Billy Wilson Park in the area of Hopkins Road and Randwood Drive.

A Lake View man, 35 year old Nathaniel Rivera, was arraigned Tuesday on burglary and grand larceny charges after he unlawfully entered a building and stole tools from town of Hamburg departments.
