23 year old Javonte Holloway of Lockport pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl after a child died surrounded by pills in 2022. He sold large quantities of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl and heroin in the form of counterfeit hydrocodone pills known as “M-30s” in the Lockport area.
